As per the Haryana Govt. Gaz. published on June 21, 2017 clearly states that YMCA and DCRUST would be taking care of B.Ed colleges based in Faridabad, Palwal, Sonipat and Panipat. The published Gazette notification states the following regarding DCRUST:
No. S.O.-49tH.A. 29/2006/S. 3A12017.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology Murthal Act, 2006 (29 of 2006) and in supersession of the Haryana Government, Technical Education Department, notification No S.O.171H.A.29/2006/S.3A/2011, dated the l lth February 2011, the Governor of Haryana hereby specifies that with effect from the academic session 2017-18, Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology, Murthal shall exercise its powers, over all B.Ed and Engineering Colleges (both Government and Non-Government) situated in the districts of Panipat and Sonipat. The students admitted prior to session 2017-18 in aforesaid B.Ed & Engineering colleges shall become the students of Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science and Technology, Murthal. However, they shall be examined and certified by the respective affiliated University for the remaining part of their courses/studies

No. S.O. 4S/H.A. 2112009/S. 3A12017.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of YMCA University of Science and Technology Faridabad Act, 2009 (21 of 2009), the Governor of Haryana hereby specifies that with effect from the academic session 2017-18, YMCA University of Science and Technology, Faridabad shall exercise its powers, over all the B.Ed and Engineering colleges (Government and Non-Government) situated in the districts of Faridabad and Palwal. The Students admitted prior to session 2017-18 in the aforesaid colleges shall become the students of YMCA University of Science and Technology, Faridabad. However, they shall be examined and certified by the respective affiliated University for the remaining part of their courses/studies.
